We created Spirited Projects to specifically target the development management of hotels and hospitality buildings. Our energetic, enthusiastic and determined approach to our projects as well as a deep seated understanding of how hotels are run and the functionality that is important to a successful and efficient operation places us in an advantageous position over other firms offering development management and project management across many sectors without specialising.
We believe that the creation of a hotel is not just about the bricks and mortar so we endeavour on behalf of developers to carry out the hotel pre-opening functions and will look at co-ordinating creative branding, public relations, recruitment, finding food and beverage and retail partners in order to set the hotel up ready to trade from the earliest opportunity.
Spirited Projects exists to work in a visionary, creative and proactive way with its clients to create exhilarating, amazing and wonderful hotels and hospitality buildings. Our roots are in lifestyle hotel and real estate developments that contribute to the neighbourhood in which they are situated and that serve guests from all walks of life. We seek to create homely comforts and spaces that will appeal to transient guests to the neighbourhood for tourism, leisure or business but will be a second home to residents in the area whether they dwell or work. We enjoy making hotels that attract attention by providing a focal hub for the community.
We deliver our mission by collaboration. Collaboration first and foremost with our clients whose vision and project conception and objectives are vital to the success of a project. We aim to develop the vision and concept and to turn the dream into a reality identifying the collaboration team of designers, operators, artists and specialist creatives that can contribute to the new hotel and its amenities.
